Reynold Hagel - PresidentReynold joined the Company in 2000. He brings extensive background in management of large operations in the materials industry. He is a native of the Seattle area, and graduated from the University of Washington with a BS Degree in Ceramic Engineering. He leads the company's Senior Management Team.

John Norris - Vice President of Engineering/Quality AssuranceJohn joined the Company in 1981 as an engineering intern. He has risen up steadily in the Company having held positions in laboratory management, process engineering, product development, and product quality control. He is a member of the company's Senior Management Team. John has a BS Degree in Ceramic Engineering, and is a licensed PE in the State of Washington. He is also a graduate of the University of Washington's highly regarded Executive Management Program.

Harlan Brown - Director of Sales and MarketingHarlan has been with the Company since 1993. He currently directs the company's sales, marketing and glass development activities, and is a member of the Senior Management Team. His past Company duties include laboratory management, new product development and process engineering. He has BS in Ceramic Engineering and is a graduate of the University of Washington's highly regarded Executive Management Program.

Andy Jones - Treasurer & ControllerAndy has been with the Company since 1996. He manages the Company's activities in accounting, finance, insurance and human resources. He has a BA in Accounting, a MS Degree in Human Resource Management, and is a CPA and CMA.

Matthew Bogart - Lab ManagerMatt has been with the Company since 2003 and is the Laboratory Manager of VIOX Corporation. He received his BS degree in Ceramic Engineering from Alfred University's New York State College of Ceramics in 2000. Prior to employment with VIOX Corporation, he was a production process engineer and research and development engineer for a passive component manufacturer.

Jeff Adams - Purchasing ManagerJeff has been with VIOX since 1980. Jeff started out in production and has worked his way up to Purchasing Manager where he currently manages the procurement and distribution of raw material and supplies. Jeff is working on an Associates Degree in Computer Systems Administration.

Brent Brandvig - Environmental Programs ManagerBrent has been with VIOX since 1979. He has participated in several production related activities within the company with the bulk of his experience in glass manufacturing. Brent has an Associates Degree in Hazardous Materials Management and currently manages the Safety, Environmental and Regulatory matters of the company.
